Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-20
These Terms of Service apply to your use of Tally, a Discord bot and web app for running polls and tournaments. By adding the bot to a server or signing in to the web app, you agree to them.
Using the service
You can use Tally to run polls and tournaments in Discord servers you are allowed to manage. You are responsible for the polls you create and for following Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tally to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- post harmful, abusive, or misleading content;
- disrupt or overload the service, or try to access it without authorization; or
- get around plan limits or misuse billing.
Paid plans
Some features require a paid subscription, which Stripe bills on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal. Unless we say otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Availability and changes
We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we may change, pause, or remove features at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we make a significant change, we update the date at the top of this page.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent the law allows, we provide the service without warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it.
Termination
You can stop using Tally at any time by removing the bot and revoking its access. We may suspend or end access that breaks these Terms.
